CCCS Haiti Rebuilding Mission Trip

Children's Christian Concern Society is offering the opportunity to help rebuild Lutheran schools and homes of Lutherans in Haiti. CCCS supplies educational support for Haiti at five projects sites in Port- au- Prince, Jacmel, Les Ceyes, Merotte and St. Marc's.

Participants will help reconstruct lives in Haiti through construction projects, outreach opportunities, children’s ministry and medical support. The cost will be @ $1650 (depending on flight costs) and will include lodging, food, transportation, building materials and program incidentals.

	Traveling with CCCS? Please complete these Release of Risk and Liability and Medical Information forms and send back to CCCS as a hard copy or as an email attachment. Risk and Liability Release Agreement (MS Word) Risk and Liability Release Agreement (PDF)

A $250 non-refundable deposit is due two months prior to each mission trip or tour. Each participant will be responsible for booking their own flights. Flight suggestions and recommendations will be available for those flying from Kansas City International.
