CCCS supports teachers' salaries in poverty stricken Haiti. The minimum cost to support teachers in these schools is $50-$65 per month. This would be enough for an educated person to support his family in the country.

Haiti has been through so much heartache and CCCS has been there to help bring hope into the lives of children like Bejamin (orange hat). Miss Ann Gardels, kindergarten teacher from St. Paul Lutheran School, Utica, Nebraska, had the opportunity to see how her kindergarten class’s financial support was making a difference in Bejamin’s life, from having a bowl of rice to making available school supplies for the coming school year.
