Ponche de Navidad
1 pineapple peeled and cut in small cubes
1 papaya, peeled and cut in small cubes
4 apples peeled and cut in small cubes
4 peaches peeled and cut in small cubes
3-4 cups coconut, grated
4 ounces raisins
4 ounces prunes
1 cinnamon stick
4 allspice - whole
4 cloves - whole
½ pound brown sugar
Add all ingredients to a large pot, cover and boil for 40 minutes. Serves 25 cups. We drink it hot.
